About Me
As you may have seen from the home page, my name is Connor. I'm from the UK and I'm in my late 20's. I'm basically a gay nerd who collects computers and wastes time messing around with them.
My parents had a Windows 98 Packard Bell tower when I was growing up that I used to love using. When I was only a toddler I found my way onto the dial-up internet and onto eBay where I placed an order for some pricey Jimi Hendrix memorabilia. My mum had to contact the seller to cancel, and based on that event my parents decided to get me a secondhand Windows 95 PC to keep offline and let me learn on.
From there, I was hooked!
I decided to make this site as a way to express myself, and engage more with the indie web community. I used to love going online in the 00's and early 10's, and I feel the web has definitely lost some of that magic. Exploring people's sites on the indie web let me finally feel some of that again.
On this site, I plan to detail my collection of computers, how/when I got them (if I can remember lol) and what I use them for (if anything).
I also want to use this site to write about music - I'm always listening to music of all different genres and I want somewhere to try and coalesce my thoughts.
